This particular design is a simple Brief that has a Brief strap running underneath in leather and on the central panel on the front is a vertical strip of metal studs, they are made in fantastic Quality sheep leather this gives them a very supple feel when worn, Also the Brief strap has been made wider than usual for a more comfortable feel.
